  • 1 pound of pasta any shape
  • 1/2 cup of cheese any variety
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of leftover taco meat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and left over taco meat.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
