Leftover Taco Pizza

This leftover taco pizza recipe is one of my favorite ways to use up leftovers. The only thing you need is a crust, some cheese, and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. leftover taco meat
  • 1 pizza crust homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • shredded lettuce
  • sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread salsa over the crust, then top with taco meat and shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Spread shredded lettuce on top and dollop with sour cream.
  • Enjoy!
