Leftover Taco Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 pound leftover taco meat
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Top with the taco meat, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños.
